Photographer of Horror

Growing up I was into werewolves, zombies, Frankenstein and characters from Tim Burton films. I have respect for the people responsible for bringing creatures to life, the makeup artists. My favorite makeup artist is Rick Baker (An American Werewolf in London, Harry and the Hendersons, Men in Black and Ed Wood.) Makeup artists put a lot of time and effort in crafting and applying prosthetics with those skilled hands of theirs, and the people who wear them are very patient with the process. I'm not a makeup artist because I don't have the talent for it, but I love to collaborate with them and taking stills of their work. I've worked with a lot of creative and professional people both makeup artists and performers at horror gatherings and they are fun to work with. It's fun to see yourself as something else.
